By using the AcrossTown app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use AcrossTown.

1. Subscriptions

  • Billing: Individual ($9.99/month), Individual + AI Plus ($14.99/month), and Team ($29.99/month, up to 5 seats) plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no annual commitment. AI credits are used up at what each request costs, reset at the start of each billing period, don’t roll over, and have no cash value.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, and your saved reports remain on your computer.

2. Not professional advice

AcrossTown provides estimates and general information, including valuations, cost and tax estimates, insurance replacement cost estimates, inspection summaries, landlord rules, and tenant protections. None of it is legal, financial, tax, appraisal, or inspection advice. Confirm important decisions with a licensed professional.

3. Data sources

Listing data, public records, and open data come from third parties and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are responsible for following the terms of any website you access through the app.

4. Your content

You own your reports, notes, and documents. On the Team plan, you give your team members access to what you choose to share.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use AcrossTown to break the law, to discriminate against applicants or tenants, or to overload or misuse third-party websites.
